NEW PRODUCTION Introducing the High-Temperature Resistant Series of Products.

The Electrical Double-Layer Capacitor (EDLC), also known as a supercapacitor, is an innovative energy storage device renowned for its quick charging, extended lifespan, favorable temperature characteristics, energy efficiency, and eco-friendliness. EDLCs find widespread applications.

They serve as power balancers for lifting equipment, delivering high current power; as vehicle starting power sources, they offer higher startup efficiency and reliability compared to traditional batteries, sometimes even replacing them entirely or partially; for vehicle traction energy, they contribute to electric vehicle production, replace internal combustion engines, and retrofit existing trolley cars; in the military, they ensure smooth startups of tanks and armored vehicles, particularly during cold winters, and act as pulse energy sources for laser weapons. Additionally, they can be employed for energy storage in various electromechanical equipment.

Compared to aluminum electrolytic capacitors, EDLCs exhibit higher internal resistance. As a result, they can be directly charged without load resistance. If over-voltage charging occurs, EDLCs open the circuit, avoiding device damage—unlike the over-voltage breakdown seen in aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Furthermore, in contrast to rechargeable batteries, EDLCs can undergo unlimited current charging and endure charging cycles of 10,000 to more than 50,000 times. Thus, EDLCs not only embody capacitor characteristics but also possess battery-like features, making them a novel and distinct component bridging the gap between capacitors and batteries.

The new series maintains the same dimensions as the CHT, CW, and CT series, ensuring long-term reliability in high-temperature environments.

Products have undergone material and design optimizations, suppressing degradation in high-temperature conditions, and maintaining operational lifespans of 5 to 10 years at 70°C. While the working temperature upper limit for CXHP and CHV is 70°C, CHT and CW extend from -40°C to 85°C. This wider range of applicability makes the series suitable for a variety of scenarios.
